Our promise STADA will not allow or pursue retaliation of any kind against any individual because that individual has submitted a report in good faith and had reasonable grounds to believe that the information on Violations of Rules was true and accurate at the time of reporting. Following our commitment to non-retaliation as described in STADA’s Whistleblower Policy, no individual will be threatened (either overtly or impliedly) or adversely affected by retaliation or retribution, because of a concern or complaint, participation in an investigation into a complaint. This non-retaliation principle also applies if the outcome of the investigation reveals that the information reported in good faith was, in fact, false or incorrect. Any employee who believes that he/she is, or has been, the subject of retaliatory action as a result of speaking-up in accordance with STADA’s Policy, is encouraged to report this to Corporate Compliance through this portal or directly. Details

The application, its webpages, as well as the database in which the personal data and information that you submit are stored, are operated by Trusty AG, Bösch 82, 6331 Hünenberg, Zug, Switzerland, on behalf of STADA. The database is encrypted and hosted on virtual servers located in the EU. For the purpose of processing your report, the personal data and information may be accessed, processed and used by the responsible personnel at STADA. The assigned personnel at Trusty AG has access to the database exclusively for the purpose of technical maintenance. The submitted personal data shall be kept and processed in accordance with the STADA’s policies as long as the organization has the legitimate interest to process the report (including conducting any investigations or court proceedings) and, if applicable, initiate sanctions.
